How stressed are you?

Today I was talking about English intonation with one of my students.
And there was a lot of work done on that topic — lots of 300 pages books but basically — if it's a statement intonation goes down, if it a question it goes up.
But there is such a thing as Logical stress (ударение).

And I have a perfect example from a comedy sketch where some big-name actors are arguing about where to put the stress in a "to be or not to be" quote.
