#INFO❗️Malam. Kami Wargi Freebiez kembali menyampaikan informasi terkait laporan yang masuk mengenai class @lollieclass

Kali ini laporan ditujukan kepada salah satu pihak berbentuk Editing Class milik @lollieclass. Secara bentuk, class tersebut memang bukan store IPV, sehingga tidak termasuk kategori pelanggaran apabila hanya menjual class biasa.

Namun, setelah dilakukan peninjauan, diketahui bahwa di dalam class editing milik @lollieclass terdapat fasilitas berupa IPV.
Sebagaimana yang telah disepakati dalam perjanjian IPV https://t.me/themematerials/177, harga minimal untuk IPV adalah Rp25.000. Sementara itu, kelas editing tersebut dipasarkan dengan harga Rp6.000, dan di dalam paket tersebut sudah termasuk free akses IPV.

Selain itu, @lollieclass juga diketahui menggunakan material dari channel berikut:

9. brezius belum konfirmasi

Kami sepakat memberikan sanksi berupa :

1. Klarifikasi @lollieclass
2. Permintaan maaf kepada setiap owner freebies yang bersangkutan
3. Take down ipv yang terdapat di dalam class
4. Denda sebesar Rp. 750.000. (2 channel belum mengonfirmasi, jadi sementara Rp. 650.000)

Pihak @lollieclass juga sudah siap bertanggung jawab, dan telah melakukan klarifikasi https://t.me/LollieClass/273.

Kami kembali menegaskan bahwa bentuk penjualan apa pun, baik store maupun class, selama di dalamnya terdapat fasilitas IPV, maka tetap wajib mengikuti ketentuan harga yang telah disepakati bersama.

Halo, Kami kembali lagi. Telah masuk laporan mengenai salah satu store IPV, yaitu @esouvoir, yang melakukan pelanggaran terhadap kesepakatan IPV (https://t.me/themematerials/177⁠).
Pelanggaran tersebut berupa pengadaan harga promo dari Rp25.000 menjadi Rp15.000, yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan kesepakatan.

Selain itu @esouvoir juga telah menggunakan material dari channel dibawah ini :

Perlu diketahui bahwa owner @esouvoir dan @doicalls adalah orang yang sama.
@doicalls sendiri merupakan salah satu channel freebies yang sebelumnya mengikuti kesepakatan IPV (https://t.me/themematerials/177⁠). Namun, beberapa hari lalu @esouvoir tetap mengadakan promo yang melanggar kesepakatan tersebut.

Hal ini telah dikonfirmasi pihak @esouvoir bahwa kesalahan ini murni terjadi karena kelalaian pihak @esouvoir. Pihak channel freebies yang bersangkutan juga telah sepakat melakukan tindak lanjut kepada @esouvoir berupa :

1. Klarifikasi @esouvoir
2. Take down ipv @esouvoir
3. Permintaan maaf kepada setiap owner freebies diatas
4. Denda sebanyak Rp. 450.000

Owner dari @doicalls juga telah mengonfirmasi bahwa pihaknya memutuskan untuk berhenti mengikuti kesepakatan IPV serta resmi untuk close down channel @doicalls.

Kami berharap kejadian ini dapat menjadi pembelajaran dan tidak terulang kembali di kemudian hari.
