If youβve been in crypto for more than a cycle & youβre still not where you hoped youβd be, youβre not failing. Youβre just trapped in a local maximum.
it feels like success. Youβve built some edge. Youβre getting results. But what youβve actually built is a comfortable plateau thatβs just good enough to stop you from reaching something far greater.
You have to start thinking in systems, not 2 to 10Xs. Donβt let your current success blind you to the bigger plays.
Right now, my main focus is on the core positions I'm holding:
$NEURAL $VERTAI $JOS
These are the projects I truly believe in for the long haul.
As for the short-term, mid-term, and quick flip plays - those are just strategic moves.
The goal is simple: stack enough eth/sol from those faster plays so I can rotate even more into my high-conviction bags [for now it's just the above 3]
These three are the ones I'm genuinely bullish on. I see massive potential in them, and every short-term win is just fuel to double down on what I believe will deliver real value and serious upside over time in my portfolio
Gotta stay patient, stay sharp, and rotate smart π»

The teamβs showing off progress on their Launchpad frontend + a Twitter Space coming up where theyβll dive into whatβs next.
Word in my KOL circles is, theyβve also got some solid marketing in the pipeline π₯
With the pace theyβre building and the momentum theyβve picked up, it honestly feels like its still flying under the radar. Definitely one to keep an eye on π§

This was my response to the team a couple of days ago when they were trying to guilt trip the kols from selling π€
just wanted to share that Iβve exited my position, not an impulsive move, but a decision I made thoughtfully.
Iβve participated in hundreds of private sales over the years, and one thing Iβve noticed is that when early KOLs start selling and instead of focusing on building, the team shifts to scanning wallets, calling people out, and turning KOLs against each other, it can sometimes be a sign that the momentum is stalling internally - you know it too
Iβve tried to be respectful throughout, I didnβt sell on day one, even when I was in profit, because I believed in giving it a fair shot.
What ultimately led to my decision was the way sentiment was being managed in the chat. That gave me pause.
Also, for full context, I exited at a loss, not a profit, unlike others who sold much earlier.
Of course, this could easily bounce back and even go 100x from here, and Iβd miss that upside. Iβm okay with taking that risk.
To be clear, Iβm not here to spread FUD or negativity. If anyoneβs curious or asking in DMs, Iβm not going to speak poorly of the project. Just sharing my perspective respectfully.
Happy to market buy with larger eth once things look bullish to me, but yes that would be a market trade and I don't expect to get my vested supply, it's only fair
Good friends of mine in the private, and i truly hope I'm wrong and my friends print hard π

Common rug strategy: How It Unfolds:
1. Strategic KOL Raise to Attract Credibility team begins by conducting a private round, carefully targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 KOLs. The goal here is to build perceived credibility and legitimacy by associating with known names in the space.
2. Deliberate Oversubscription intentionally let the raise get oversubscribed, often 2-3x. this isn't because they need the funds lol. itβs to create artificial scarcity and amplify FOMO. T1 KOLs feel pressured to βget in before itβs too late,β especially when they see other big names on board.
3. FOMO-Driven Hype Loop use the oversubscribed status to create a hype narrative across Telegram and Twitter. Larger KOLs are told, βEveryoneβs aping in, you donβt want to miss this,β reinforcing a bandwagon effect. leads to a powerful illusion of momentum and network confidence.
4. Implement Strict Sell Restrictions once allocations are given, the team imposes rigid sell rules (e.g., "You can only sell 0.5 ETH daily or βNo selling for X days"). these are positioned as βprotection for the community,β but the real intention is to create a scapegoat trap for the KOLs
5. Launch Day: High Tax Farming introduce extremely high buy/sell taxes under the pretext of βsustainabilityβ or βanti-botting.β or farming for "marketing funds" this allows them to farm ETH from early trades while creating a short-term liquidity boost that looks healthy on the surface.
6. Trigger the Trap: Wait for KOLs to Slip over time, 1β2 KOLs inevitably sell slightly more than allowed, or misinterpret the vague rules. These sales are anticipated and in many cases, baited.
7. Publicly Call Out the Sellers The team then calls out these KOLs in private KOL chats or even semi-public spaces, accusing them of breaking terms or "dumping on the community." or "hurting chart while team is working on next marketing push" inducing distrust and starts a blame game among KOLs.
8. Let KOLs Turn on Each Other real damage starts here: KOLs begin defending themselves, calling others out, and the internal trust collapses. something the team deliberately wants. this conveniently shifts focus away from the team and places all blame on the KOLs
9. Claim "Lack of Support" from KOLs The team now has their excuse ready: βKOLs didnβt support, sentiment is ruined, weβre doing our best. upcoming partnership with X project, onboarding mega T1 KOLs, gonna do massive buyback etcβ
stop posting updates, delay roadmap milestones, and withdraw from engagement.
10. Mute KOL Chat & Go Silent team members disappear or post vague, recycled updates.
11. Let the Chart Bleed Out no abrupt rug pull. instead, let the price slowly bleeds over days or weeks. βslow rugβ tactic avoids immediate backlash while quietly exiting with launch taxes and private raise funds.
------
For context
$NEURAL never called out early KOLs for "dumping"
$VERTAI never made KOLs blame each other
$JOS never had any insane sell rules [it was 100% unlocked on TGE]
