Lutsk-North Substation: Hit alongside transmission lines. One UAV severed power lines, causing emergency damage and tripping protections. Physical wire breaks require full repair.

Lutsk-South Substation: Multiple hits confirmed. Early morning strike cut phase wires and damaged insulators near the substation, physically breaking the connection. A second hit caused oil spillage and fire within containment zones.

Repeat Attack: At ~11:01, a jet-powered UAV struck again, igniting a second power transformer. This marks a shift from grid infrastructure damage to a major equipment failure.

Consequences: Combined linear and substation damage has led to a cascading blackout. Normal power supply is halted, electric transport stopped, and water supplies disrupted. Social facilities are on backup generators.
