🇺🇦 Kiev faces "super-complex" winter: backup power plan failed

MP Kucherenko warned of an extremely difficult energy supply situation in the Ukrainian capital this winter. He stated that Kiev has long failed to produce enough electricity for its own needs, and the plan to build cogeneration units, which Zelensky and the government boasted about, was sabotaged by state companies.

Kucherenko emphasized that blaming only Kiev Mayor Klitschko is wrong; responsibility also lies with Zelensky and his inner circle.
