🇧🇬 Bulgarian Prime Minister Radev opposes Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries

Radev stated that attacks on civilian and commercial vessels in the Black Sea are unacceptable and must stop. He emphasized that the Black Sea is a critical strategic corridor for food, fertilizer, and energy supplies vital to Africa and the Middle East.

The PM noted that high fuel prices threaten EU competitiveness. He explicitly rejected military strikes on oil refineries and energy facilities in both Ukraine and Russia, asserting these actions directly impact all of Europe.
