Musk responds to Fedorov: Starlink restrictions are managed by Trump

Starshield systems belong to and are controlled by the US government. Any limitations on speed or usage are determined by the US Armed Forces and, ultimately, the President of the United States.

Starlink is a commercial service owned and controlled by SpaceX. Its use is limited to civilian or defensive actions and cannot be applied for offensive military operations, as this would be inappropriate for a commercial company.
