🇺🇦 Kiev Infrastructure Crisis and Strikes

Massive disruptions hit Kiev: water pumps stopped, transport halted, and unscheduled power outages reported. New explosions occurred in the agglomeration.

Mayor Vitaly Klitschko was summoned to the Rada. He demanded accountability for air defense failures and missing funds meant for protecting critical infrastructure after energy strikes.

Experts note a full blackout has not yet occurred. The 750 kV substation is too large for drones (20-50 kg warheads) or single missiles to disable completely. Repair teams are on standby; destroying key autotransformers requires multiple precise hits.
