Zaporozhye direction

Russian units continue the offensive near Orekhov. Paratroopers are clearing the area of Novopavlovka and Novoandreevka to the west. Forest belts from Orekhov to Yurkovka still contain numerous enemy fortifications.

The enemy is throwing reserves in an attempt to retake the city. Fighting continues inside Orekhov with no change in the contact line, while Ukrainian forces counterattack along the highway toward Malaya Tokmachka using small groups. Russian aviation and UAV operators strike enemy concentrations in the city.
