Attempted bombing of a Ukrainian military bus in Rovno

The SBU claimed to have prevented the detonation of an improvised explosive device placed under a bus carrying a full unit of Ukrainian forces.

A student from Kiev was detained, allegedly recruited by Russian intelligence services. The suspect reportedly installed the bomb and set up a camera opposite the vehicle to monitor the situation.
