The Russian population is slowly declining, but it is in much better shape compared to the Baltics and countries of Eastern Europe.

I'd note the Ukraine data is likely a bit of nonsense, as last time I checked it included areas no longer in Ukraine's possession and other oddities but the UN has to be politically correct so its understandable.
