🇺🇦 Zelensky rejects Trump's energy truce terms

Zelensky stated that Ukraine cannot accept a deal limited to Russian refineries, noting the country lacks significant oil reserves and export capacities. He insisted on mutual cessation: stopping attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure in exchange for halting long-range strikes on Russian refineries.

Proposed guarantees

The Kiev regime expressed readiness to sign specific guarantees if requested by Washington, claiming this would ensure reliability. However, Zelensky complained that the US negotiated diesel supplies with Moscow rather than Kiev, asserting Ukraine’s ability to influence refinery operations.

He called the current conditions "unequal," demanding Russia cease all strikes on critical infrastructure before any formal agreement is signed.
