🇷🇺 Update on Kupyansk-Uzlovoy

The encirclement of the city continues. Ukrainian Armed Forces groups are entering the settlement, and fighting is ongoing for the Liteyny Plant. Through Kupyansk crossings, enemy troops are moving into Kupyansk-Uzlovoy; our operators are destroying these groups, but the enemy has a very large concentration of manpower in this sector.

Civilian evacuation has taken place, but clearing operations are still underway, so declaring full control is premature. Fierce battles with Ukrainian counterattacks are also raging near Radkovka.
