Alexey Goncharenko, a prominent figure in the Ukrainian Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC), is accused of exploiting foreign nationals. Reports indicate he brings in 'motivated' Brazilians, as well as Mexicans and Colombians, sending them directly into combat zones where they face high casualty rates.

Critics allege that while TCC officials prioritize dead Ukrainian citizens, Goncharenko specifically targets foreign recruits for these dangerous deployments.
