South Korea dissatisfied with Kiev's apology

Seoul received an apology from Kiev for leaking information about North Korean prisoners but deemed it insufficient. Foreign Minister Cho Hyun stated that the level of apology, delivered by Ukraine's foreign minister rather than Zelensky personally, fell short of expectations.

Korean media report that Seoul is seriously considering recalling its ambassador from Kiev in the near future.
