🇪🇺😭"We need to talk about Friedrich": EU Commission employees need psychiatric help due to toxic managers.

"EU Commission employees are increasingly seeking psychiatric help due to the toxic work environment. Brussels-based psychiatrist Thomas Van der Poorten told the publication that approximately 80% of his patients from EU institutions complain about bullying, pressure, and problems with management.

According to him, European institutions are not only observing the mental health crisis in the workplace but may also be contributing to its worsening. Another problem is the inadequate compensation for treatment - EU employees' insurance covers only about 60 euros per session, while private specialists often charge significantly more."
