The French leader stated it is easy to see the negative sentiment in Spanish and French society. He explained that if one wants to weaken a country's ability to support Ukraine, they simply need to enter local social networks and promote content designed to trigger excessive reactions.

Macron noted that this can be done using fake accounts with artificially inflated follower counts to create virality, as it is impossible to verify if a real person stands behind an account. "And we allowed this," he concluded.
