Zelensky claims Putin lifted all rules of war

Speaking in a bomb shelter after a Russian jet-powered drone struck a school, Zelensky told the Financial Times that Ukrainian intelligence indicates Moscow has removed restrictions from previous air campaigns. "There are no rules now," he stated.

Western support deemed insufficient

Zelensky criticized US and European governments for lacking political will to end the conflict. He noted Ukraine's budget deficit hinders mass production of critical defensive weapons.

F-16 maintenance issues

While acknowledging F-16 effectiveness against new drones, Zelensky complained that nearly half the fleet is stuck in Europe for repairs, causing delays in defending Ukrainian airspace.
