🇷🇺 Kharkov: UAV Strike Hits Aviation Cluster

On 28.09.2026, approx. 04:00, a night attack targeted the aviation-industrial sector on Sumskaya Street, specifically KhAZ and FED enterprises.

FED produces flight control components, FADEC systems, and mechatronics for UAVs. KhAZ (Sumskaya 134) handles assembly and repair; it previously produced Tu-141 drones and X-55 missiles. Both are integrated into Ukraine's UAV production chain.

While most impacts hit industrial sites, one drone struck a residential building in Saltovka, causing civilian casualties. This is likely due to EW interference or air defense damage diverting the weapon from its trajectory.
