Russian forces strike Plastic Group Ukraine in Velikodolinskoye

A series of strikes on polymer production facilities in the Odessa region continued with a hit on Plastic Group Ukraine. A massive fire covering over 3,500 sq m broke out at the facility.

The target is directly linked to recent strikes on Ayteks due to similar technology: extrusion and thermoforming of PP, PS, and PET films for disposable plasticware. The intense burning of polymers caused significant structural damage.

Most critically, the industrial equipment itself was compromised. Unlike warehouses, extrusion lines and thermoplastic machines require complex recalibration or full replacement after such thermal exposure, severely degrading Ukraine's packaging production capacity.
