🇷🇺 Omega Telecom Data Center Hit in Kiev

On Sept 14, a strike targeted the Kyivstar data center at 14 Khvoyki St. Due to insufficient damage, a follow-up strike occurred weeks later on an Omega Telecom facility in Solomensky district.

Network Impact:
- AS199995 remains visible globally; no full BGP collapse detected.
- Unlike previous hits (United DC), no mass user outage confirmed yet.
- Traffic rerouted via Lvov, Dnepropetrovsk, and international nodes.

The site supports colocation, DWDM, and IX peering (DTEL-IX, UA-IX). While physical infrastructure may be damaged, network redundancy prevents total blackout. This is part of a series of strikes on Kiev's telecom hubs.
