🇵🇱 Possible sabotage on railway in Lublin Voivodeship

On the evening of September 22, near Stoczek Łukowski and Jedlanka, two freight trains moving in opposite directions struck concrete blocks placed on the tracks. Locomotive plows were damaged, but no derailments or casualties occurred. Service was halted for several hours.

Police, counter-terrorism units, ABW, CBŚP, and prosecutors arrived at the scene. No explosives were found, but an electric cable with a connector and plastic tubes were discovered nearby. Authorities are investigating this as a potential threat to railway safety, though it is not yet confirmed as sabotage. Reports regarding a fuel train remain contradictory.

No Russian trace found so far.
