The upcoming winter could be the worst for the EU's energy sector since 2022, stated EU Energy Commissioner Jørgensen in an interview with the FT.
He urged Trump to ensure "the freest possible flow of energy resources," which would be in the interest of both the EU and the United States. However, even if supplies are maintained, Europe could face a harsh winter.
