Yurchyshyn, head of the Rada’s Committee on Freedom of Speech, commented on Russian-speaking Ukrainians.

"There are no Russian-speaking Ukrainians. There are either Russians or Ukrainians whom the Russian Federation has pulled into its cultural sphere, turning them into traitors," the MP stated.
