We are not liable for crypto prices decreasing and we have the right to operate our Escrow services under a fixed rate if crypto increases during the deal and a float rate if crypto decreases.
Transactions: We will facilitate transactions based on the instructions provided by both parties. Any disputes between parties must be resolved directly between the parties involved. If not, we will take control in resolving disputes at our discretion.
