Sentry Update

I just switched Sentry's entire RPC stack to Helius's new Gatekeeper - their public beta edge gateway built from scratch in Rust specifically for Solana's throughput demands.

Gatekeeper replaces Cloudflare in the request path, meaning every balance check, position update, and Molting's agent strategy cycles hit Helius infrastructure directly with fewer hops and lower latency.

It's brand new and we're not missing the opportunity to be early adopters. If this performs the way the architecture suggests, it's a meaningful upgrade for everything running on the platform.
