When absolute values and meanings collapse, we are left with the question: What am I living for?
That why gives life direction and creates a reason to keep going, even when there is no certain or external answer.
Having a reason to live makes the hardships along the way easier to endure and keeps life from becoming mere existence.
In this sense, meaning is not only something we have to find in the world; it can also take shape through the choices and values we create for ourselves.
In the end, the question is not only whether there is an answer, but how we choose to respond to the absence of one.
