According to the company, the attacker gained unauthorized access to customer accounts and the internal support panel in 2024.

The victim was flooded with $0 transactions from lookalike wallets, which led to them sending 3.5 BTC (~$260K) to an attacker while moving funds.

The victim was moving funds when a lookalike address sent a $0 transaction. Shortly after, the victim copied the spoofed wallet from their history and mistakenly sent the full $100K to the attacker.
