⚠️BREAKING: Crypto gambling website Stake is being sued in a federal class action RICO case.

The lawsuit seeks to shut down Stake US, alleging it has operated as one of the largest and most profitable illegal online casinos since at least 2022

Drake and Adin Ross are also being sued, accused of using Stake’s tipping features for fraudulent and deceptive purposes

So far, approximately $107K has been stolen, with the total continuing to rise. The root cause of the drain has not yet been identified.

⚠️INSIGHT: December 2025 saw ~26 major crypto exploits, totaling approximately $76M in losses.

The largest incident was a $27M multisig compromise, where attackers helped a high net worth crypto investor set up a wallet, leading to him accidentally exposing his seed phrase.

⚠️JUST IN: A Binance market maker account was compromised, leading to $20M stolen

The attacker stole $20M but was unable to withdraw, so the funds were pushed into a token to pump the price while investing from another account. A long term investor sold first, earning $1M and draining liquidity, leaving the attacker with no profit.

⚠️JUST IN: Combining all confirmed incidents in December, approximately $117.8M was lost to exploits.

$93.4M of that total is attributed to phishing, with roughly $51.8M stolen from address poisoning alone. This figure does not include losses from social engineering schemes.

⚠️JUST IN: A crypto whale lost 5 BTC ($447K) after copying and pasting the wrong address.

The whale had moved $2.7M prior. While transferring the final 5 BTC, they were sent a $0 transaction from a lookalike address. The poisoned address was mistakenly copied, resulting in the funds being sent to the attacker.

⚠️JUST IN: Shade/"Bossed" is the threat actor behind the $625K Telegram handle theft, with his $250K scam linked to the same wallet.

Shade put zero effort into covering his tracks. He received $70K after selling @nice, along with the $250K from scamming his partner, all into the same wallet.

👀UPDATE: The threat actor who stole four Telegram usernames valued at ~$625K has started selling them.

The usernames are not being publicly listed and are being sold privately for TON. One confirmed sale includes @nice, which sold for 44,000 TON (~$70K).

⚠️JUST IN: A victim was drained for 1,337 ETH ($3.9M) following a suspected multisig compromise.

Following the drain, the attacker deposited 1,337 ETH (~$3.9M) into Tornado Cash to launder the stolen funds.

Trust Wallet stated it reimbursed all verified losses from last weeks exploit, while saying that thousands of submitted claims were false or duplicate.

🐍UPDATE: It appears Haby was ratted to ZachXBT by individuals within his own circle.

Several screenshots tied to the thefts were taken by people close to him. He was openly flexing in private chats, and some "friends" warned him to stop, which may have led to him being backdoored.

🇮🇳JUST IN: Coinbase recently announced plans to expand its team in India, where it currently employs 500+ staff.

Following this, several employees allegedly accepted payments from criminal groups to act as insiders due to low wages.

Multiple individuals are now under investigation, and Coinbase’s CEO stated that further arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
