⚠️JUST IN: ZeroBaseZK’s frontend has been compromised and hackers are actively stealing funds from users, with more than $240K drained from over 300 victims.

Hackers took control of the site’s frontend and made it look like the official ZEROBASE interface, tricking users into signing phishing USDT approvals.

👮JUST IN: Terra Luna founder Do Kwon has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.

He was convicted for orchestrating one of the largest frauds in crypto history, tied to the $40B collapse of UST and LUNA after misleading investors about how the stablecoin was backed.

We advise everyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with the owner of “TheCommNews” as this is the second project he has used to exit scam his audience.

He previously scammed the former owner of @poor out of $20k during a ETH>XMR swap and deleted the channel shortly after.

⚠️PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Hello everyone, this is a public warning that the service @privrdp is actively ratting its users.

The owner, who also runs TheCommNews, previously exit-scammed $20k from the former owner of @poor before Cupid acquired it. After the scam, he shut down the exchange and deleted his account.

He has now launched an RDP service that is installing rats on user machines and draining connected crypto wallets.

The Silk Road wallet has just withdrawn 520 BTC ($46M) from Coinbase back into its main wallet, even with law enforcement actively tracking it.

Authorities have spent 12 years seizing every wallet tied to Silk Road. Interestingly, whoever controls this one deposited all the BTC into Coinbase first, then withdrew it to their main wallet.

The wallet was initially frozen with $18.4M, and authorities later secured another 120 ETH (~$320K). With Ethereum’s recent rise, the total value has effectively increased by ~$1M.

👀JUST IN: Binance has introduced a $100k+ bounty system to identify insiders involved in fraudulent activity.

This follows an employee being caught selling access to Binance’s official X account to promote scam projects. The exchange is now looking for anyone else involved.

It also comes after a Coinbase insider was arrested for leaking confidential user info to callers.

⚠️JUST IN: A Coinbase user was drained for $440K after moving funds into a separate wallet.

The victim was regularly swapping assets and eventually interacted with a fake exchange. After signing a malicious phishing signature, the scammers gained full access and drained the wallet.

👮JUST IN: South Korea is now forcing crypto exchanges to repay users back after being exploited or hacked.

This comes after some of the biggest crypto thefts this year happened on Korean platforms, with multiple exchanges getting drained and users left without proper compensation.

👀 JUST IN: YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs) has announced its investment into OneKey, the open-source hardware wallet.

Interestingly enough, they chose OneKey over Trezor and Ledger.

The Binance founder noted the only real requirement for a cold wallet is that the private key never leaves the device, especially after recent Trezor and Ledger data breaches that led to millions lost in social engineering scams.

On-chain data shows the stolen assets were split across three wallets, each actively laundering the funds through mixers.

⚠️JUST IN: The BunniV2 exploiter deposited 2295.8 ETH (~$7.23M) into Tornado Cash to clean the stolen funds.

BunniV2 has since shutdown after the exploit, citing that they were no longer financially stable enough to keep the platform running.

Their final message offered a 105 ETH bounty (~$325K) for anyone who could help arrest the exploiter.
