❗️📱UPDATE: The Instagram exploit that allowed anyone to claim usernames has now been patched, though some accounts have yet to be banned.

During the exploit, the entire COM was selling nearly every rare username you could think of for cheap. Some users were banned, others device-banned, and some accounts are still active and continue to be sold.

❗️JUST IN: GregorMayer98 has now drained over $2.5M in Solana by social engineering Solana memecoin traders.

The list of victims is growing everyday. ZachXBT has refused to help any of them, saying it’s their fault for falling for the scam. Greg has since laundered 900 DIRTY SOL (~$159K) through Coinbase yesterday, showing he doesn’t care about being caught.

❗️JUST IN: A major Instagram exploit is circulating that lets users claim ANY username.

Exploited High-tier usernames are now being listed below market value, but all of these accounts will be banned. Despite that, people are still buying them under the impression they’re legit.

⚠️Please avoid dealing with any IG usernames until Instagram wipes out all these accounts.⚠️

❗️JUST IN: Boldyxyz has been drained for 3,300 SOL (~$600K) by GregorMayer98.

Gregor has drained over $1M in Solana with his social engineering method, targeting the biggest memecoin traders and successfully emptying their wallets. There’s now a $200K+ bounty on him. Each time he hits, he transfers his username in a channel filled with gambling memes.

❗️⚠️JUST IN: MR.GregorMayer98 has drained another 300 SOL (~$57K) and is on a generational run, draining the wallets of multiple Twitter memecoin traders.

Gregor has drained 2 publicly known victims, both major influencers in the memecoin space. He baits traders with a $100k+ POF and offers payment to help set up Axiom, then exploits during the screenshare to access their crypto wallet.

❗️⚠️JUST IN: Rozer, who runs one of the largest memecoin channels, was drained for 133 SOL (~$25K) by a drainer.

The attacker used a troll Telegram account and later posted a meme mocking the incident before depositing the stolen funds into the gambling site Stake.

Rozer is also known for operating a public group where he promotes rugpulls so who’s really at fault here.

❗️JUST IN: A fake 1:1 Ledger website is live, designed to automatically drain wallets.

This fake Ledger site uses an expensive Ledger-like domain and mirrors the logos, animations, and full branding. Once you click “diagnostics” it claims your device has an error and requests your seed phrase.

The operator behind this database was arrested earlier this week, but the data still spread and targeted around 500 high-value Ledger users

❗️⚠️UPDATE: @cuter, who snaked his callers for 2.7 BTC (~$335K), also owns @lure and snaked the devs out of their % cut.

It appears he controls two more accounts, one being @lure with a profile of a basic ageplaying dollhouse girl. This was a 100% snake considering not a single party got paid, not even the people whose tool he used on a % basis.

❗️JUST IN: Coinbase introduces 1:1 voice calling with support through the app to prevent users from being socially engineered.

Coinbase will save all activity in the app alongside transcripts with full details to help users avoid social engineering when receiving fake calls from Coinbase support.

Is it over for callers? 🤔

❗️BREAKING: Coinbase CEO announced the company is making CRAZY progress on new safeguards to prevent users from being socially engineered.

One addition is a “time delay” feature, letting users set a delay window for certain actions like large withdrawals or advanced security changes giving time for last-minute reviews or stopping suspicious activity.

❗️JUST IN: BTCTurk has been hacked, losing nearly ~$49M worth of crypto.

The attacker used MetaMask’s crypto>crypto swap feature to exchange the $49M stolen funds. Shortly after, several Ethereum tokens crashed in price and BTCTurk temporarily suspended crypto deposits and withdrawals.

❗️⚠️JUST IN: Coinbase lost $300k to MEV bots after misusing 0x’s swapper contract.

A misconfigured interaction with the DEX protocol let MEV bots drain $300k in token fees from a corporate wallet. Coinbase’s says no customer funds were affected.
