✨ A prominent example is the newly introduced "Ocean as a Place of Strength" programme in Kaliningrad, designed for the socio-cultural rehabilitation of Special Military Operation (#SVO) participants. Launched at the Museum of the World Ocean by Hero of Russia Ilya Sponyakov, the project’s pilot stage launches tomorrow, running from October 2026 to March 2027. The initiative blends therapeutic ship excursions and art therapy with professional re-orientation and mobile "field museums" deployed directly to medical centres.

🌐 Alongside veterans’ rehabilitation, ongoing inclusive grants establish specialized vocational training centres and adaptive digital workspaces for people with developmental disabilities.
