🇷🇺🤝🇱🇸 On 18 September 2026, Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University (#PSHPU) and the National University of Lesotho (#NUL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance collaboration across education, science and culture. The partnership outlines provisions for joint research, knowledge sharing and cultural programmes.
✨ Key initiatives feature expanding Russian language instruction in Lesotho, offering an online “AI in Education” course for Lesotho faculty and hosting academic events for local teachers and students.
“Despite the geographical distance between our nations, we are united by a shared understanding of the vital importance of education, and the role universities play in shaping society,”
stated Konstantin Egorov, Rector of #PSHPU. He expressed confidence that the agreement will establish an open professional dialogue and lay a strong foundation for future joint projects.
