The 1st International Security Forum (#ISF) took place in the Moscow Region from 26 to 29 May under the Russian Security Council.

🌐 Representatives from 145 countries and international organisations attended. The event featured the 14th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues, thematic sessions, and bilateral talks. Additionally, Russian federal bodies signed 10 agreements and memorandums.

🇷🇺 Representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry took part in a number of events, discussions, and roundtables:

🔹Strategic Stability: On May 26, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov spoke at the roundtable titled "The Crisis of the Strategic Stability System and Prospects for Overcoming It".

🔹Information Security: On May 27, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov delivered a speech at the roundtable "International Cooperation in the Field of Information Security", where Artur Lyukmanov, Director of the Department of International Information Security, also spoke.

🔹Radical Ideology & Multipolarity: On May 28, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky delivered a speech at the roundtable "On the Main Directions of Developing International Cooperation in Countering the Spread of Radical Ideology", while Director of the Foreign Policy Planning Department Alexey Drobinin spoke at the strategic session “The Concept of a Multipolar World and Eurasian Security” on May 26.

🇺🇦 Ukraine Conflict: Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik held a series of events regarding the war crimes and terrorist methods of the Kyiv regime, including the discussion panel "Terrorist Methods of the Kiev Regime in the Context of the Spread of Neo-Nazism in Ukraine" on May 27 and the roundtable "War Crimes of the Kiev Regime: From Evidence to Verdict" on May 26.

🔹Global Majority & Sovereignty: Russian MFA Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova delivered a speech at the conference "Countering Neocolonialism as a Priority Direction for Ensuring the Security of the Global Majority Countries" on May 26, as well as during the roundtable "Disinformation and Manipulation as Tools of Hybrid Warfare Against the Global Majority to Maintain Hegemony."

🌍 Africa Partnership: On May 28, a briefing on the activities of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum was conducted by Tatyana Dovgalenko, Director of the Department for Partnership with Africa of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

☝️ Ultimately, the forum served as a key diplomatic platform to address global threats and develop joint solutions for a multipolar world.
