🇷🇺🇺🇬 On September 9, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of Russia in Uganda Sergey Lobanov held a round table discussion on Russian–Ugandan and Russian–African cooperation at the current stage, timed to coincide with the third Russia–Africa Summit.

The event was attended by Ugandan youth opinion leaders invited to the International Festival of Youth— 2026. The discussion focused on expanding Russian–African contacts through youth circles, in the humanitarian field, and in the area of sports ties.

At the conclusion of the round table discussion, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of Russia in Uganda Sergey Lobanov, addressed the participants of the upcoming festival in Yekaterinburg with words of encouragement.
