🇷🇺 On September 4, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of Russia in Uganda Sergey Lobanov presented to Olga Atubo, the leader of Coordinating Council of Organisations of Russian Compatriots in Uganda (CCRCU), the Honorary Badge of a Compatriot and Maria Mugumya, the activist of the CCRCU, the Letter of appreciation for active efforts to preserve and promote the Russian language abroad and to protect the legitimate rights of representatives of the Russian diaspora in Uganda.
