Accreditation is now open for journalists covering the Third Russia–Africa Summit and Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum, taking place on October 28-29, 2026.

Who can apply: Russian media registered with Roskomnadzor and foreign journalists.

Accreditation deadline: 12:00 Moscow time, September 30, 2026. Late applications will not be considered.

Print & online media: up to 2 journalists + 2 photographers (max. 4 per outlet)
TV media: up to 2 crews (max. 6 per outlet)

Accredited journalists will have access to the International Press Centre and the Summit and Forum events.
