WHICH VACCINES CAUSE CANCER?
Recombinant vaccines use genetically engineered host cells (yeast, bacteria, insect or mammalian cells) to produce a specific antigen rather than the whole pathogen. The best-known licensed examples are protein-subunit or virus-like-particle (VLP) products.
All mRNA gene modifications - all mRNA Covid19 "vaccines" & other mRNAs
Hepatitis B**: Engerix-B and Recombivax HB (yeast-expressed HBsAg, first licensed 1986), Heplisav-B, and combination products such as Twinrix, Pediarix and Vaxelis.
Human papillomavirus**: Gardasil, Gardasil 9 and Cervarix (yeast or insect-cell L1 VLPs).
Influenza**: Flublok Quadrivalent / Supemtek (insect-cell recombinant haemagglutinin).
Shingles**: Shingrix (CHO-cell recombinant glycoprotein E).
COVID-19**: Nuvaxovid / Novavax (insect-cell recombinant spike-protein nanoparticles).
Meningococcal group B**: Bexsero and Trumenba (E. coli-expressed recombinant proteins).
Malaria**: RTS,S/Mosquirix and R21/Matrix-M (yeast-expressed circumsporozoite-protein chimeras).
RSV**: Arexvy and Abrysvo (recombinant prefusion F protein).
Chikungunya**: Vimkunya (recombinant VLPs).
Hepatitis E** (China and some other markets): Hecolin (E. coli-expressed capsid VLPs).
Live recombinant viral-vector vaccines (for example Ervebo for Ebola) are sometimes grouped under the same heading but use a different production principle. Regulatory lists such as the FDA’s licensed-vaccines page and WHO prequalification documents are the most current sources if you need product-specific details.
