Switzerland’s Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations has accepted the evidence behind my investigation into $4.66M in payments to RSquad as a supervisory notice under Article 71 VwVG.

ESA confirmed receipt of all 8 PDF reports, referred the matter to the responsible lawyer, and stated that it will conduct its own foundation-law inquiries and take any necessary supervisory measures.

The authority also stated that it will most likely notify The Open Network Stiftung (TON Foundation) and send it an anonymized summary of the evidence with a request for a statement.

This is not yet a finding of wrongdoing. But the evidence is now before the Swiss federal authority that supervises TON Foundation, and the Foundation will most likely be asked to answer it.
