I have submitted the evidence behind my RSquad investigation to the Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations.
The submission includes eight PDF reports documenting 11 verified transfers totaling 2.64M USDT and 1.25M GRAM, wallet attribution, and the public histories of TON BTC Teleport, TON Pay, and TON Rust Node.
I asked the authority to examine the use of funds, approval of deliverables, potential conflicts of interest, and how the payments and discontinued projects were reflected in the Foundation’s reporting and audit. I will publish any substantive response.
