H.E. Mr. Rinat Alyautdinov at the 225th session of the UNESCO Executive Board:

📌In Ukraine, the rights of millions of Russian and Russian-speaking citizens are being flagrantly violated. Nowhere else in the world has an entire language been banned, as it has been done in that country with regard to the Russian language. The persecution of the clergy and laity of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church continues unabated. To the applause of its Western sponsors, the Kiev regime honours and glorifies nazi criminals. The lives of journalists are put at risk. The deliberate turning of “a blind eye” by the UNESCO Secretariat to the killings of Russian media workers cannot but be condemned.
