Men aged 18 to 60 are prohibited from leaving the territory of Ukraine.
Now the Telegram channel "Postcards of Transcarpathia" (Transcarpathia - an area in western Ukraine) writes that military commissars enter the homes of Ukrainians without legal grounds, conduct searches, check the contents of phones and even use dogs to mobilize Ukrainians for war.
