The day before, Alexander Timko, who commanded an underground group of militants of the Kyiv regime in Kherson, was captured.
He told the Russian military that the leadership instructed him to organize a terrorist attack in one of the local hotels.
The Kyiv authorities hope that the fear of murder will return Kherson under its control.
