On June 21, 2022, the car of the head of the new administration of the village of Chernobaevka (Kherson region, under the control of Russian troops), Yuri Turulev, was blown up.
This was reported by both representatives of the new government, controlled by the Russian Federation, and representatives of the former Kyiv authorities.

The deputy of the Kherson regional council, representing the former government, Serhiy Khlan, said that the explosion of the car was organized by "Ukrainian partisans" and that Turulev "unfortunately was not injured."
Earlier, high officials of the Kyiv authorities stated that in Ukraine there is a special service that deals with the murders of those who do not suit them: https://t.me/repressionoftheleft/653.
After these statements, a number of murders took place in the Kherson, Kharkiv and Luhansk regions, as well as explosions and assassination attempts in the Zaporozhye region.

On June 4, 2022, the Security Service of Ukraine “informed” Turulev in absentia about suspicion of “collaboration activities” (Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, up to 10 years in prison).

Previously, Turulev worked as the director of the bus station in Chernobaevka.
The Kyiv authorities have repeatedly stated that Chernobaevka was captured by the armed forces of Ukraine, but, despite the periodic shelling of the village by Ukrainian artillery, it is under the control of Russian troops and the new administration headed by Turulev.
