The SBU also uncovered a resident of the city of Cherkassy (central Ukraine, under the control of the Kyiv authorities), "who spread enemy propaganda through the Russian social network Odnoklassniki banned in Ukraine".

The SBU was unable to detain another resident of the city of Cherkasy and put him on the wanted list.

The "criminal" publicly urged people to join unnamed "occupation groups".
