Also he contradicts himself by first saying you can't earn salvation before walking back his previous statement by saying & implying you need to turn from sins to be saved:
"Step 4 โ Would you like to receive Godโs forgiveness?
We canโt earn salvation; we are saved by Godโs grace when we have faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. All you have to do is believe you are a sinner, that Christ died for your sins, and ask His forgiveness. Then turn from your sinsโthatโs called repentance."

Billy Graham preaches a false gospel of "turn from sins + Jesus died & rose", thus adding works of turning from sins to the Gospel
Therefore, Billy Graham implies that to believe one time on Jesus'/God the Son's life, blood, death, burial, and resurrection is somehow not enough to be saved
