The new man has no sin as he's born of God
We sin due to having the old man who has the flesh
1 John 3:9,5:1
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin;..he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Man is sealed by the Spirit/born of God after he trusted Christ
Eph 1:12-13
