Crypto Fund Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage fund valuation processes, month-end close and deliver price updates for tokenised funds and strategies
- Liaise with fund administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting and audits
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, data quality controls and reconciliation routines
- Oversee tokenised reporting integrations, on-chain data transparency and custody/counterparty relationships
- Maintain and evolve operational risk frameworks, conduct third-party risk assessments and incident root-cause analysis
- Coordinate client onboarding, AML/KYC activities, subscription & redemption flows and support portfolio management teams

Requirements:

- 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, with at least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
- Self-starter with strong ownership, highly organised and adaptable to changing priorities
- Demonstrated success in change management and implementing process improvements
- Excellent written communication and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Calm under pressure, pragmatic, solutions-oriented, with high integrity and accountability
