Trezor has confirmed that a breach at its shipping provider, ShipMonk, exposed sensitive customer order information.
The incident affected 13,689 customers, including 11,742 whose names, shipping addresses, phone numbers and email addresses were exposed. Another 1,947 customers had their names, cities and email addresses exposed.
The affected orders were shipped to customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy and Portugal.
Trezor says its own systems were not compromised and that no private keys, wallet backups or devices were affected. The primary concern is now targeted phishing and social engineering against exposed customers.
