Branding for Shio

For Shio, the challenge was to take a highly technical product and translate it into a visual identity that felt accessible to a broader audience, without losing credibility or depth.

Our concept centered on water as an indicator of the Sui ecosystem: Shio means "wave" in Japanese, and scattering ripples became the brand's core visual motif — reflecting the redistribution of resources at the heart of the product.

Hi, I'm Andrejs — Product Designer at Relate 👉

I design interfaces & web products, present work to clients, and mentor junior designers. AI is a big part of my workflow — automating routine tasks, analyzing briefs, generating ideas, and building web animations.

For animations, I use Claude. I build in Webflow, but I'm not deep into GSAP or Three.js — so Claude helps me vibe-code the parts I can't build myself. For example, on a recent project, we used AI to create a set of interactive illustrations and built them right into the website. Here's a look at it on a live project.

All the visuals are built around memes and crypto culture. The system is modular — built to work across any format while keeping the brand consistent.
